I was born in the summer of 1962 in Belfast, Maine. Throughout my childhood and early adolesence, I lived with horses. They were my life and breath.

I was born into a wealth of artists, poets, and all around creative people. I am the fourth cousin to the late animal artist, Percy Sanborn.
I also have a living grandmother who is an accomplished artist as well. Artists and creative people hailed from both sides of my parents. Music, Poetry, Seamstress, painting, sculpture, Antique shops, Cooking, and animals were all the things I grew up with.
My paintings are rendered realistically, with a touch of looseness, in Oils or watercolors. Painted from surrounding areas of Maine. From the coast to the inland mountains and fields. And the childhood memories, with horses & pets that I remember are kept forever on canvas or paper.

My paintings have been accepted into many juried art shows, winning numerous awards.

Individual collectors own my work through out the United States and Canada. Also overseas: Ireland, Portugal, Germany, Australia.
Works are available at:
